In July 2024, Jay, the head of the trading company, led a customer from India, Krutik, to China for a factory inspection in order to find a suitable equipment supplier for Krutik's new gym project. This project covers an area of about 800 square meters and is Krutik's third gym in India. After many inspections and communications, Krutik finally chose our Panata Fitness Equipment Factory as his partner. In September, the customer officially paid the project deposit, and the cooperation was on track.
In early July, Jay brought Krutik to our company. As the head of an international trading company, Jay has been engaged in the cross-border trade of fitness equipment for a long time. He has rich industry experience and understands the market needs of various countries. Krutik is a successful gym owner in India and plans to expand new gym business. His first gym was opened five years ago, and now he has two gyms operating in India. With the booming fitness industry, Krutik decided to open a third gym and hoped to introduce more modern and high-quality equipment this time to attract more high-end customer groups.
Jay and Krutik's cooperation can be traced back to the fitness equipment procurement business a few years ago, and they have established a good foundation of trust. Before coming to our factory, they had visited several fitness equipment manufacturers, each of which had its own characteristics, but Krutik still could not make a final decision. Because Krutik's gym project involved the construction of multiple functional areas, he hoped to discuss details such as equipment layout, installation and subsequent after-sales service with our team through video conferencing.
In the following months, we held several video conferences with Krutik. Each meeting revolved around specific issues, such as how many equipments are needed in the strength area, how to plan the aerobic area, and the equipment placement in the spinning room. Our design team provided Krutik with several different layout plans to help him better understand the function of each equipment and the best place to place it. Krutik also shared his unique insights into customer experience, and our design plan was continuously optimized based on his feedback, and finally achieved the effect he expected.
At the same time, Jay, as a bridge between the trading companies, actively coordinated the communication between the two parties to ensure that every detail was accurately conveyed. We also introduced the latest progress of the project to Krutik in each meeting and promptly answered his questions about logistics, installation and after-sales service. Through multiple video conferences, the cooperation and trust between the two parties continued to deepen.
