For products that are in stock or only simple processing, usually takes 5-10 days, If no in stock, our processional salesman will provide you with an approximate delivery time based on the quantity of product needed and the normal production time of that product. Firstly Our factory have over 21 years exporting experience and won number of authorized certificate such as SGS,TUV, IS0 quality system. Secondly all the products will be installed on site to testing by our QC Department before shipping. Thirdly we will take video and photos of the finished machines for you. Fourthly, warmly welcome you to inspect the goods in our factory

Yes, no worry, we can provide global installation by sending our engineer to your gym to support you. For our machines installation, it is easy, we also can provide detailed installation manual to guide you step by step. Usually 99% clients will do the installation by manual.

Yes, each series have guarantee year, during guarantee year, our accessories is free for you. You can take the video of the machines for our engineer to check it clearly, then we will send you the accessories within 7 days by DHL. with forever free technique guide.
