The G Series includes an Adjustable Abdominal Bench that allows users to start in a flat horizontal position, and progressively work up to harder abdominal workouts through 11 angled settings. The adjustable abdominal bench also includes a built-in handle for reverse abdominal exercises, and transport wheels to store when not in use.
This adjustable dumbbell training bench is a great equipment for muscle training. Easy sit-ups can train the abdominal muscles and the inner thigh muscles. The main bracket can be adjusted to different heights. The seat has three heights and the backrest has 9 heights. It can be flat or inclined. It is suitable for men, women, young and old. When used with dumbbells, it can exercise the upper limbs, chest muscles and back muscles at the same time.

The G series Roman abdominal bench from the PRO 2.0 line is a convenient exercise station with which you are able to sculpt steel abdominal muscles.
The rollers in the leg lock module are made of strong polyurethane foam covered with soft but durable faux leather. In order to hide the visible wrapping of the material, we used a rosette made of plastic at their ends.
