How to do Machine Thigh Adductor:
Step 1: Sit at an adductor machine with your feet on the footrests and your hands on each handle. Your knees will be on the outside of the leg pads. This is your starting position.
Step 2: Exhale and push your legs toward your thigh pads, bringing your legs together.
Step 3: Hold for a while, then inhale and slowly return to the starting position, spreading your legs as far as possible.
Step 4: Repeat to complete one set.
