How to use a Leg Extension/Leg Curl Machine?
Get into a Leg Extension/Leg Curl Machine and place your ankles between the roller pads. Make sure your knees are aligned with the hinge joint on the machine. If you are taller or have longer legs, you can adjust the seated position to accommodate your height. Your trainer can also assist in making sure you maintain the correct form. Grab the support handles and keep your hips anchored to the seat. Push the machine up as quickly as possible. Avoid locking your knees completely.
