Everything you need is in one easy-to-read console, with the ability to set up interval training, goal training, heart rate training, and more. Compatible with 5khz chest straps.
The GANAS Air Bike's resistance is controlled by the user, not the machine. You can control the intensity of your workout—the harder you push, pull, and pedal, the more air you move and the greater the resistance. Cool down and lower your heart rate by relaxing the intensity of your pushing, pulling, and pedaling to reduce resistance and the amount of air moving
Pushing, pulling, and kicking activate the muscles in your arms, chest, back, legs, and even the core muscles of your washboard abs. Burn calories fast with a full-body workout with controlled intensity.
Our 4-way adjustable seat allows you to adjust the seat up and down and fore and aft. Simply release the pop-up pin and pull it out to adjust the vertical distance from the seat to the pedals. Next, release the seat track lever to move the seat closer or farther from the handlebars

The GANAS Air Bike requires minimal assembly with only 7 parts: front and rear stabilizers, console stem, handlebars, pedals, seat post and seat all need to be installed. We include all necessary tools, hardware and clear instructions. Allow 15-30 minutes to complete this task!
