When it comes to arm muscles, the biceps at the front usually get all the attention. Biceps are the glamorous muscles displayed in the classic "show me your muscles" pose, but your triceps make up the bulk of your upper arm size. The triceps are located at the back of your arms and are the secondary muscles involved in pushups, bench presses and other pressing movements. You can isolate your triceps with free weights, or by using our GANAS plate weight super french press machine at the gym.


The super french press machine has an unguided exercise that allows you to train the triceps muscles, focusing specifically on the long head. The presence of the preload lever facilitates the initial phase of movement and allows the user to train in complete safety, even under high loads.

HOW TO:

1. Adjust the position of the seat and pressing arms: Adjust the seat and pressing arms to the appropriate position according to your height and training goals. Make sure you can complete the movements comfortably during the exercise.

2. Adjust the weight: Choose the appropriate weight based on your strength level. If you are a beginner, it is recommended to start with lighter weights and gradually increase.

3. Lie on the seat: Lie flat on the seat with your back close to the back of the seat. Place your feet on the mats and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle.

4. Hold the handle: Hold the handle with both hands, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Make sure your wrists, shoulders, and arms are all in a straight line.

5. Press the weight down: While inhaling, push the weight up until your arms are straight. Then, while exhaling, slowly lower the weight down until your arms are fully straight. Repeat this action.

6. Control speed: Maintain smoothness and control of movements throughout the entire movement. Avoid lifting and lowering weights quickly to avoid muscle damage.

7. After completing a set, return the weight to the original position and rest for a while. Perform the appropriate number of sets and reps according to your training plan.

8. Keep your breathing smooth during exercise. Don't hold your breath or push too hard.

9. If you feel pain or discomfort, please stop exercising immediately and seek professional advice.
