How to use a Deltoid Press Machine

1.Adjust the seat

Adjust the height of the seat based on your individual height and arm span to ensure you maintain good posture while performing the movements. Generally, the seat height can be adjusted to suit the needs of different users.

2. Preparation posture

Sit on the machine with your back against the cushions and your feet flat on the floor. Hold the handles or barbell on the machine with your arms bent at 90 degrees and your elbows down.

3. Perform actions

Take a deep breath and use your shoulders to push the weight up until your arms are straight. Focus on the contraction of the deltoid muscles.

4. Breathing synchronization

Breathe out as you lift the weight, and inhale as you lower the weight.

5. Frequency and number of groups

Set the appropriate number of sets and reps according to your training level and physical fitness. Beginners can start with a small number of sets and repetitions and gradually increase the difficulty.
