The Lat Machine for the development of the muscles of the upper back - primarily the latissimus dorsi. The exercise being performed is seated overhead rows. Lat Machine belongs to the group of basic simulators, allowing you to train your back muscles in a classic exercise, similar in effect to pull-ups on the bar. Equipped with an anti-slip foot platform, ergonomic rotating handles.


Proper use of Lat Machine Convergent

1. Adjust the seat and knee rollers

Make sure the seat height is appropriate for your height so that you can maintain good posture while performing the movements. The knee roller should also be adjusted to the right length for you to keep your body stable.

2. Choose the right weight

If you're a beginner, start with light weights and focus on learning proper technique. Once you have good form, you can gradually increase the weight until you find a weight that challenges you without compromising your form.

3. Perform actions

Holding the handle, keeping your back straight, use the strength of your back to pull the handle down toward your chest while moving your elbows down and back. Maintain control and focus on the contraction of your muscles throughout the movement.

4. Breathing synchronization

Exhale as you pull the handle and inhale as you return it to help your muscles relax and prepare for the next movement.

5. Frequency and number of groups

According to your own training level and physical fitness, set the appropriate number of groups and times, and gradually increase the difficulty to improve the training effect.
