How to use Triceps Machine correctly
1. Adjust the seat and handle
Adjust the height of the seat and the position of the handles according to your individual height and arm length to ensure you maintain a comfortable posture while performing movements.
2. Preparation posture
Sit on the machine with your back against the cushions and hold the handles with both hands. The arm should be bent at 90 degrees, the upper arm should be stable and motionless, and only the elbow joint should be used for movement.
3. Perform actions
Take a deep breath and use your triceps to press the handles down until your arms are straight. Focus on the contraction of the triceps.
4. Breathing synchronization
Breathe out as you push down on the handles, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
5. Frequency and number of groups
Set the appropriate number of sets and reps according to your training level and physical fitness. Beginners can start with a small number of sets and repetitions and gradually increase the difficulty.
