HOW TO:
1. Adjust the height of the seat and handle so that your feet are flat on the pedals, your knees are slightly bent, and your elbows are bent at 90 degrees when your arms hold the handles.
2. To begin, pull the handle toward your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. At the same time, use your leg strength to push the pedal backwards.
3. When the handle is close to the chest, use the force of back muscle contraction to pull the handle toward the abdomen, and at the same time use the force of the legs to push the pedal forward.
4. Repeat the above actions, keeping the rhythm stable and breathing naturally. It is recommended to perform high-intensity training for 30-60 seconds, followed by 15-30 seconds of rest.
