How to use Power Squat Machine correctly
1. Prepare for action
Stand under the Smith machine with the barbell under your shoulder blades and your feet shoulder-width apart or slightly wider. Make sure your body is straight and your core muscles are tight.
2. Perform squats
Slowly bend your knees and move your hips back, keeping your back straight. Squat down until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor, then push your legs up to return to the starting position.
3. Breathing synchronization
Inhale when squatting and exhale when standing up to help the body exert force.
4. Maintain posture
Keep your heels firmly on the ground throughout the movement and avoid turning your knees in or overextending.
5. Number of frequency groups
According to your own training level and physical fitness, set the appropriate number of groups and times, and gradually increase the difficulty to improve the training effect.
