The Viking Press and Calf Trainer is a versatile machine that allows you to effectively train your deltoid, sternocleidous, and calf muscles (gastrocnemius) in an upright position. The main feature of this machine is its progressive lever system that follows the physiological load curve. When doing shoulder exercises, you can hold the handle and pull it toward your chest until your arms are parallel to your body. When performing calf training, such as Standing Calf Raise,it mainly tones the calf muscles and beautifies the calf curves.

1. Adjust the height of the seat so that it is the same height as the handle, and keep the head, upper back and buttocks close to the backrest.
2. Choose a weight that suits you and hold the handle.
3. When performing shoulder training, pull the handle toward your chest until your arms are parallel to your body.
4. Perform calf training, such as Standing Calf Raise, to strengthen the calf muscles and beautify the calf curves.
5. After completing one movement, slowly return to the starting position, being careful not to move too fast to prevent injury.
