The reverse hyperextension machine, also known as the RH machine or reverse hyperextension machine, is an exercise machine designed to strengthen the body's posterior chain muscles (including the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings). Reverse hyperextensions are great for working the hamstrings (glutes and hamstrings) and lower back muscles. It was originally developed for competitive athletes to improve muscle strength. How to use Reverse Hyperextension Machine
1. Adjust the height of the machine so that your heels are on the mat and your hips and shoulders are in contact with the backrest of the machine.
2. Assume a prone position, place your hands behind your head and place your feet flat on the mat.
3. Slowly lift your hips upward until your body forms a straight line. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your hips.
4. Repeat the above actions for training.
It should be noted that when using the reverse hyperextension machine, you must maintain correct posture and breathing methods to avoid injuries caused by excessive force or twisting the body. Beginners should start with lighter weights and gradually increase difficulty and weight.
