How to use?
Sit on the seat of the equipment, adjust the proper position, block the pad with the ankle upwards and forwards, contract the abdominal muscles, keep the back and buttocks close to the backrest, look forward, retract the lower jaw slightly, hold the handle tightly with both hands; Slowly straighten your legs forward, bend your knees slightly, stop for a moment, slowly lower your legs to the original position, and make your knees about 90 degrees; the knee joint and the axis of the instrument are on the same straight line, which means the knee joint moves The key is not to fall too fast, and the legs should not be stretched too straight, so as to protect the knee joint
