The Super Incline Flight Machine is designed to isolate the upper part of the pectoralis major muscle. The seat cushion of this device is equipped with air cushion, which makes it very comfortable to experience. The seat cushion height is adjustable and conforms to the human body structure. The isolation bar can be used for unilateral or bilateral exercises; the side handles during unilateral exercises are fixed to facilitate movement.This exercise primarily benefits the pectoralis major, the larger of the two muscles responsible for shoulder joint movement.

Super Incline Flight Machine is an exercise that focuses on the upper chest muscles and is favored by most people because it provides more stability for those new to the exercise.
Steps :
1.Start by adjusting the seat of the bench so that the handles are aligned with your upper chest, keeping your back flat on the back pad and holding the handles with your overhand as this will be your starting position.
2. Slowly press the handles forward until your hands are fully extended and you feel a stretch in your chest muscles.
3.Hold the position for a count, then slowly return to the starting position.
4.Repeat for as many reps and sets as needed.
Tips :
1.) Keep your shoulders and lower back against the bench at all times during this exercise.
2.) Avoid bouncing the handle back onto the machine.
