Smith Machines are one of the most popular strength machines and pieces of gym and fitness equipment. When using Smith Machine Hip Base, you can follow these steps

1. Adjust the equipment

Make sure the Smith Machine bar is positioned appropriately for your height and leg length so you can maintain good form while performing the movements.

2. Preparation posture

Lie on a stool with your back close to the stool and your feet flat on the ground or on the footrests. Place a barbell or appropriate weight on the rack and adjust to the appropriate height.

3. Perform actions

Take a deep breath and use your hips and hamstrings to push the weight up until your knees are straight. Pay attention to the movement to focus on the contraction of the gluteal muscles.

4. Breathing synchronization

Breathe out as you lift the weight, and inhale as you lower the weight.

5. Frequency and number of groups

Set the appropriate number of sets and reps according to your training level and physical fitness. Beginners can start with a small number of sets and repetitions and gradually increase the difficulty.
