GANAS Power Rack KY-PA41 is a multifunctional fitness equipment mainly used for weight training and strength training. The design of the Power Rack allows users to perform a variety of exercises such as squats, bench presses, pull-ups, etc. to target different muscle groups.
GANAS Power Rack is our base power rack system designed with safety and modularity in mind for athletic and commercial facilities. Each column features uniform holes on every side to allow for multiple configurations and attachment setups. The adjustable height safety bars provide versatility in use, whether that is squats, presses, or bodyweight exercises. Featuring 3x3" 11-gauge steel with oversize 1" diameter hardware, this rack is built to stand alone or bolted onto flooring.

They allow you to train exercises such as bench press, squat and the overhead press with a high weight capacity and the ability to train under such high loads safely;Power racks allow for various exercises to be performed and for our compatible racks, this can be expanded further with our rack attachments.
How to use Power Rack
1.Adjust the height of the shelf
Depending on the exercise being performed, adjust the height of the rack to ensure safety and correct range of motion.
2. Preparation posture
Stand in the middle of the rack with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your back straight, and hold a barbell or dumbbells as required for the exercise.
3. Perform actions
While controlling your breathing, use the strength of the relevant muscle groups to complete the movement. For example, when performing a squat, use your legs to lift your body up until you are standing.
4.Safety training
When using heavier weights, this should be done under the supervision of an experienced person to ensure safety. When necessary, safety bars on the rack can be used for protection.
5. Frequency and number of groups
Set the appropriate number of sets and reps according to your training level and physical fitness. Beginners can start with a small number of sets and repetitions and gradually increase the difficulty.
