Our Seated Rower Machine features 360º rotating handlebars for a natural, adaptable movement. Our Seated Rower works both the back and forearm muscles. It is an excellent all-around compound exercise that works the mid-back (lateral back muscles) while also working the arms. The Seated Rower uses a weighted horizontal cable with an adjustable seat and footrests. The ergonomic split shaft provides a natural, more complete range of motion and allows the user to customize their workout. The articulated chest pad provides a personalized fit and the 360-degree rotating handlebars allow for a full range of motion.

How to do the seated row machine?

Choose your preferred grip and attach it to the cable. Sit on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the footpads and your knees bent.


Straighten your spine, then pivot at your hips, extend your arms, grab the connector with your hands, and sit upright again with your core braced.


Slowly extend your arms and allow the connector to return to the cable, stopping when your arms are fully extended.


Row the handles toward your navel. It can help to think about pulling your elbows toward your hips and squeezing your shoulder blades.


Allow your arms to extend in front of you and return the grip to the starting position.


The seated row is a great way to work your back and core.

Not only does this stretch work multiple muscle groups in your back, it also helps you sit up straight, keep your core strong, and partially activate your biceps and triceps.
