Reached cooperation with Colombian customers on 600 square meters of commercial gym

The Colombian customer first learned about our products through our website and had initial communication with our customer service. The customer's goal was clear: he wanted to open a 600-square-meter gym for high-end users, so he had extremely high requirements for the equipment. The customer paid special attention to the durability and comfort of the product, as well as the brand's reputation in the international market.

 

However, as a customer located in South America, the distance and information gap undoubtedly increased the customer's concerns. Although the customer had a certain interest in our company's Life Fitness series equipment, he still had doubts, especially in key aspects such as equipment quality and after-sales service. Therefore, building trust became the primary challenge in advancing the project.

 

In order to let customers have a more intuitive understanding of our production process and product quality, we arranged several video conferences, the most important of which was to take customers on a tour of our production plant via video. Through the high-definition video connection, customers watched in detail the production, assembly, quality inspection and other links of our equipment.

 

In the video conference, we not only showed the customer the production process of commercial fitness equipment, but also took him to understand the factory's quality management process and the work of the R&D department. We introduced the material selection, process control and other details of each equipment one by one, trying to let the customer clearly see our professionalism and persistent pursuit of quality.

 

The customer highly recognized the factory environment and equipment quality in the video. The factory's modern facilities, strict quality inspection standards and our attention to every detail left a deep impression on the customer. However, although the video tour of the factory has greatly eliminated some doubts, the customer still hopes to get more feedback from the actual use experience to further confirm the correctness of the decision.

 

Although the Colombian customer showed high recognition of our products and services, he was still a little worried. After all, investing in gym equipment is a huge investment, and the customer wanted to make sure that all the details were perfect. In order to completely dispel his doubts, the customer asked to contact other customers we had cooperated with in Colombia to understand their actual experience and feedback.

 

We quickly contacted the previous customers and obtained their permission to use them as references. Through detailed communication, we arranged direct telephone contact between the new Colombian customers and existing customers. During the call, the previous customers gave a detailed account of their use of our equipment after purchasing it, and not only expressed high praise for the quality of the equipment, but also expressed great satisfaction with our after-sales service.

After initial trust was established, we entered the design phase of the project. Based on the client's requirements and the actual layout of the gym, our design team provided the client with a preliminary floor plan design. This design covered the placement of equipment, the division of different training areas, and the flow of the entire space.

 

The client was satisfied with the initial design, but also proposed some revisions. For example, the client hoped to add some more private training areas to facilitate VIP customers to conduct personal training. At the same time, in terms of equipment selection, the client also hoped to have more high-end equipment to enhance the overall fitness experience.

 

After many communications with the client, we repeatedly adjusted the design plan and finally reached a design plan that the client was completely satisfied with. Although the whole process took a long time, every modification was a step towards a more perfect direction, which also reflected our emphasis on customer needs and control over project details.

 

After the design plan was finalized, the communication between the customer and us gradually entered the substantive stage. We listed the required equipment models, quantities and specific functional descriptions of each equipment in detail for the customer, and further confirmed the delivery time, logistics method and installation support of the equipment.

 

Through the early trust building and meticulous design adjustments, the customer was very satisfied with our service and finally decided to place an order. Before the formal contract was signed, the customer successfully paid the deposit and the project entered the substantive implementation stage.

 

This cooperation with the Colombian customer has gone through many communications and details polishing from the initial contact to the final confirmation of the order.
