How to use the glute machine?
Stand on the glute machine with your hips over your ankles. Bend forward at the waist, grab the handles, and rest your chest and elbows against the pads. Keep the bottom knee soft but stable for support. Place your feet on the pedals and quickly extend the machine back. Slowly pull the pedal back to the starting position.
