Warranty time for Ganas strength equipments

Ganas Gym Equipment builds products known for reliability and durability. We offer a warranty on our strength equipment, ensuring peace of mind for fitness facilities around the world. Ganas will warrant these products to be free from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for the life of the product.

NOTE: Frames are defined as the welded structural element of the product, but not any removable fasteners, parts, or powder coat finishes.

Ganas Gym Equipment Factory Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the Ganas brand. At Ganas gym equipment, we are committed to providing you with top-quality commercial fitness equipment that will suit your needs. We understand how important reliability and peace of mind are when investing in fitness equipment, so we make sure to back all of our products with extensive warranty protection.

The warranty period starts from the date of shipment from Ganas factory. During the warranty period, if any parts of the Ganas product you purchased are damaged or missing, making the product unusable, please contact our sales or professional after-sales team by taking photos or recording videos of the problematic product, and Ganas will proactively send replacement parts.

If your fitness equipment is out of warranty, you can still contact us for repairs and maintenance. We can provide the corresponding accessories, but the cost needs to be borne by the customer. In fact, when the products leave the factory, we provide free wearing parts such as wire ropes, pulleys and other accessories to provide customers with basic protection, so that customers can buy with peace of mind and use with confidence.

1.This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable

2.This device may only be used indoors in a climate-controlled room. For example but not limited to bathroom or outdoors. Use of the device in any environment with excessive temperatures or humidity may void the warranty.

3.This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear - including but not limited to: cables, belts, chains, scuff guards, powder coating, upholstery cuts or from regular use and wear or improper cleaning (with bleach and alcohol).

4. This warranty does not cover damage caused by non-manufacturer defects, including improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, or the installation of other parts or components not manufactured or supplied by Ganas.

5. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by accident, abuse, corrosion, paint or plastic discoloration, or neglect. Ganas assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages.

6.Any repair or replacement excludes shipping, labor, assembly or re-assembly and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with return, replacement and assembly of your product.
